Harmony123 has recently partnered with nonprofit organization Africa Cries Out (ACO) to provide access to healthcare, education, and nutrition in severely impoverished villages in Senegal, west Africa. We have successfully completed two donation drives: a "Medicine for Africa" Donation Drive that provided 30,000 daily vitamin pills so that children and families suffering from starvation can at least get enough essential minerals and vitamins, and 10,000 Over-the-Counter pain killers/fever reducers; and a "Kids Supplies for Africa" Donation Drive to give each of 600 school-age children in six villages a notebook, two pencils, one eraser, two balloons, and three lollipops, and give a soccer, volleyball, and air pump for each village. Please watch the video above and read more about the donation drives here.

On March 26 - April 5, 2026, Anthony Zhang and Anna Xiao joined the ACO medical mission to Senegal, Africa, delivered the medicine and kids supplies to over 600 children and their families, and also served as medical assistants to provide care to children and families in severe poverty. Great job Anthony and Anna!
